Returns & Refund Policy

15-Day Return Policy

We accept returns within 15 days of delivery.

To qualify, your item must:

• Be unused and in its original condition.
• Include the original packaging.
• Include proof of purchase.

Please contact our Customer Support Team before returning any item.

Do not send returns to the shipping address shown on your package, as it is not our return center.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 15 days of delivery.

Please provide:

• Photos of the item
• Photos of the shipping label
• Unboxing video (recommended)

Once verified, we'll gladly send a replacement or issue a full refund. In most cases, there's no need to return the damaged item.

Lost Packages

If your package is confirmed lost during transit, we'll either:

• Send a replacement at no additional cost, or
• Issue a full refund.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
