15-Day Return Policy
You may request a return within 15 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in its original condition.
- The product should be returned in its original packaging whenever possible.
- Proof of purchase or your order number is required.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Gift cards
- Personalized or custom-made products
- Clearance or final sale items
- Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling
Refunds
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we'll notify you of the status of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 15 days of delivery.
To help us resolve your request quickly, please include:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the item
- Photos of the shipping label (if applicable)
Once verified, we'll gladly provide a replacement or refund where appropriate.
Return Shipping
If the return is due to our error, such as a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, GardenBreezy will cover the return shipping costs where applicable.
For all other eligible returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise required by law.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled before they have been processed for shipment.
Once an order has entered fulfillment or has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled and will be subject to our standard return policy.
